About Rainbow Performing Arts

Rainbow Anna
Hello! I’m Anna, a professional actress and children’s entertainer and the founder of Rainbow Performing Arts. I trained at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, gaining a BA (Hons) degree in Acting and have qualifications in music and dance (Grade 6 keyboard, Grade 5 music theory, Grade 6 ballet, Grade 5 tap and Grade 5 modern). I have delighted in teaching and entertaining children since 2007 and take great pride in sharing my passion for the performing arts with the next generation.
I feel incredibly lucky to have been exposed to the joys of drama, music and dance from the age of three and believe that the performing arts give children the opportunity to be creative, grow in confidence and develop their speech, movement and social skills. I also love to incorporate live music into my entertainment and play both the keyboard and ukulele.
On stage I have appeared in productions at various venues including; the White Bear Theatre, Barons Court Theatre, The Rose Theatre (Kingston), The Jack Studio Theatre, Tristan Bates Theatre, The New Wimbledon Studio Theatre and The Courtyard Theatre (London). Credits include; Samuel Beckett’s Rockaby & Footfalls, Neil LaBute's Autobahn, Jean Genet's The Maids, Jean Paul Sartre's No Exit, Sarah Kane's 4:48 Psychosis, Angel Theatre Company’s Stray, Eavesdropping, More Eavesdropping, Eavesdropping Again and Another Eavesdropping, John Patterson’s Forsaking Others, Richard Cameron's Can't Stand Up For Falling Down, Jamie Christian's Snow White, Amy Rosenthal's Henna Night and Thomas Middleton's The Revenger’s Tragedy. Film credits include The Iron Lady, Gone Unnoticed, Retread and Gobstoppers.
